In this work, I explore the links between light, form and well-being – scientific evidence indicating the positive influence that natural light, curved form and calming colour can have in the built environment.
The individual pieces are designed to be displayed as a collection, sitting on a deep sill in front of a window – acting as an artwork, a screening layer and a light filter. The collection can be re-arranged, reduced or increased in number to suit location – each new arrangement will create a unique artwork.
